You can return the products you want from your order within a period of 15 calendar days from the day you received the products and we will issue the refund.

Have you changed your mind about your order?

No worries, the return is really simple!

If you have changed your mind about a product or you were distracted while doing it, don’t worry! Send us an e-mail to with the order information and a picture of what you want to return. Our Happy Customers team will explain how to do so. The returned products must be in the same condition as they were received; without opening and with the original packaging within 15 days. Remember! If it’s a pack, it cannot be split, therefore you must return the whole package. In such case, the client will have to take charge of the shipping cost that may derive from the return.

Once we have received the returned products, we will make sure everything is fine and we will contact you to confirm that the refund is managed. In these cases within a maximum of 14 calendar days we will refund the amount paid for the product/s returned (including, in such case, the initial shipping cost). The refund will be made through the same payment method previously selected for the order.

In case you have a LI:OH Store near you, you can return the products in that LI:OH store. Remember that packs are considered a unique product and that you cannot return only a part of such.

We do not make a reimbursement on the following cases:

  • Damaged products due to improper usage or negligence
  • Products purchased from sources other than the web page
  • Used products, which packaging has been opened and/or handled.
