A first delivery will be made in the address provided and if during delivery time you’re absent, the mail carrier will try to contact with you to schedule the delivery. After this first delivery try, if the mail carrier cannot contact you, the office that delivers on your area will try to contact you to schedule a second delivery. If you happen to be absent on the second delivery day too, the order will remain on your local office for you to pick it up during the following 10 days. If for some reason they haven’t contacted you to schedule the delivery, you can send us an e-mail to hello@liohproducts.com so that we can facilitate the contact information or provide any help needed.

It’s possible that for the shipments to the Canary Islands, border management involves the opening of the package.

Of course you can! We put at your disposal delivery on the pickup locations of our agencies. It’s really simple, before finishing your order you just need to pick the “pickup location” option and select whichever works best for you.

But remember! These pickup locations aren’t lockers or other locations like citybox or citypack, since in our case we work with different agencies.

Even if you choose this modality, you will receive the same information as when we perform/make a home delivery.

Although we know that they do their best to make the delivery on the specified time, it might be difficult to fulfill depending on the carrier’s route. Be patient!
